Our Mission

Carpe Diem Rescue & Statuary is a grass roots rescue based out of Wells, Vermont. The founder, Heather MacIntyre, is passionate about giving all animals in need a second chance at life. Founded in September of 2021, this rescue operates on the core belief that every dog (and animal) deserves love, care, and a forever home. Heather works tirelessly to rescue abandoned, abused, and neglected dogs from shelters and the streets, providing them with the necessary medical care, nurturing, and rehabilitation they need to thrive.
